Recollect LaGrange

LaGrange College was Alabama'southward first state chartered college in 1830. Information technology later became a military institute and was known equally the "West Point of the South." Wedlock Forces burned the college and the town of LaGrange in 1863. The LaGrange Living Historical Association hosts Recall LaGrange each year, which presents living history events that commemorate the college and town. The free event includes tours of a log cabin village, wagon rides to celebrated LaGrange Cemetery, music, arts and crafts, and vendors.

Muscle Shoals Street Rod Festival

Come across the world of communcation open to Helen at the very spot the miracle took place. The outdoor drama is the longest consecutively running drama in the country. This popular festival pays tribute to America'southward "First Lady of Courage" with 4 days of activities: parade, fine art & crafts prove, food vendors, fine art exhibits, Keller Kids, staged musical entertainment, history programs, tours, and two performances of "The Phenomenon Worker Play." Trail of Tears Commemorative Motorcycle Ride From Chattanooga, TN to Waterloo, AL
